Super friendly environment, the sweetest drs ever. My dad needed his first hearing aids so I took him here for a test and he was super happy and loved the attention they gave him. Really recommend. The service here is amazing! Everyone is patient and nice. From the receptionist to the audiologist. There is a lot of Spanish speakers which is so helpful. They even connect the hearing device to your cellphone. I would 100% recommend it.

Front desk, Anna, was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor was very attentive, and I am planning on going back soon.

I really like this place. The secretary was very sweet! It was easy to check in and my Hearing Care Provider was very nice and very helpful! I also like the Hearing Aids they have to offer.

I never really write reviews but this one was worth it, I brought my mom here,for the 1st time and let me tell you we we're not at all disappointed, Brian was awesome he went above and beyond he made sure my mom understood everything that was going on he took the time to explain everything to us and talked to us about all the options and what he thought was best for my mom's hearing problems, the girl at the front desk was also very nice over all we had a very wonderful experience I definitely recommend my mom walked out of there with a smile on her face.

My mom is 92 years old, we find Mr. Brian Flores very kind, patient, loving, understanding ... my mom had to go to a different location for her prior appointment because we couldn't get one soon enough in Downey, Ca. and she feels like they can't understand her like Mr. Brian does.

I took my 85 year old mother and Brian Flores was very kind and patient with her. His demeanor was gentle towards my elderly mother and it was a Plus that he spoke Spanish as he was able to communicate with her.

I recently went to this location to take my gramma, she doesn’t speak English so i went with her to help her out.
As soon as we opened the door we were greeted with such a beautiful smile and tone of voice by Gabby, she helped us out and my gramma felt even more comfortable talking to her in Spanish. That made so much easier for her.
