Upholding Our Commitment

Connect Hearing is committed to providing industry-leading hearing health care and we are here to care for you. Our providers are implementing changes in daily operations in order to uphold their commitment to their patients.

Using curbside assistance, taking patients by appointment only and using remote fittings and adjustments is allowing us to provide you service while keeping your health as our top priority. During this time we are also prioritizing patients that belong to the category of First Responders: Doctors, Nurses, Police, Fire, EMT, and current patients that require emergency assistance with their device.

Providing our services during this time is essential to many. Having access to hearing care especially for first responders and those seeking emergency assistance with their device is important.
“Last week I had a patient who was seeing another provider but called us because they said they would have to move her appointment into April. She is a 22 year old EMT who broke one of her 5 year old [hearing] aids and cannot do her job without her [hearing] aids, so being scheduled out wasn't an option for her. She went online to find a new provider and called us because of our 5-star Google reviews. Although this is a difficult time we all have to navigate through. I am glad we were able to provide this needed service to her.”
