Phonak CROS I-R provides a CROS and BICROS solution for people with an unaidable hearing loss in one ear. CROS I-R is worn on the unaidable ear to pick up sounds and wirelessly transmits them to a compatible Phonak hearing aid worn on the ear with better hearing. CROS I-R has no acoustical output.

CROS Balance

The loudness ratio between the CROS device and the hearing aid can be adjusted either via Target fitting software or directly via a short press on the multi function button of the CROS device.

Enjoy uninterrupted hands-free streaming over twice the distance¹, offering multitasking convenience thanks to the market-leading connectivity. Phonak SmartSpeech™ Technology

In a CROS I-R system, clients can access relevant SmartSpeech Technology features including the StereoZoom 2.0 thanks to the combination with the compatible Phonak Infinio device.

Tap Control

Control your hearing aid with your finger tip! Thanks to lithium-ion technology and an integrated motion sensor, Infinio makes it possible to steer Bluetooth® features via a double tap on your ear. This function allows you to accept/end calls from your connected iOS or Android smartphone. You can also pause/resume streaming from connected Bluetooth devices and access Bluetooth based voice assistant apps.
