Directions to Cincinnati-Fairfield Connect Hearing:
Take 275 to exit #36 (Hamilton/Mt. Healthy Exit). Go north on 127 (127 turns into Pleasant Avenue) for approximately 3.75 miles to the intersection of Pleasant Avenue and Wessel Drive (there is a 4-way traffic light with an Applebee's on the left and First Financial Bank on the far right corner).
Our address is 5380 Pleasant Avenue, but you need to turn on Wessel Drive to get to us. We are located behind the Fairfield Municipal Building. Turn right on Wessel from Pleasant and make an immediate right hand turn into the first parking lot. Drive straight through the parking lot, in front of the Municipal Building (do not make any turns). The parking lot turns into a one-way drive with a curve to the left, after the daycare center. Follow it around and we are the last building on the left.
We believe quality service begins with understanding your health insurance benefit. As part of our service package, we will help explain your insurance coverage and simplify the process of accessing your hearing care benefits.
*Certain types of hearing loss may require a hearing aid model that is not appropriate for the Two Week Free Trial. See clinic for details. Lyric excluded.
** The 3 year warranty is valid starting from the date of invoice. This limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing aid itself, but not accessories such as batteries, tubes, ear modules, external receivers. The warranty includes 3 year loss and damage coverage that can be redeemed ONE TIME and requires a deductible of $450.
