As always the team was great. Had my hearing test and got fitted for my new hearing aids. I did not want to have to get new hearing aids but they always make the process much better. 5 out of 5 stars

Mary Potts is the best , she takes the time to really make sure that you understand what she’s telling you about your hearing problems.

Its a scam. They tell you about their "pricing structure" which means it's $2000 more than their competitors. Go anywhere else and get the same services, warranties, adjustments for $2000 less. I'm glad I shopped it around this time.

Sam is always very professional and always goes the extra mile when it comes to testing and making suggestions as to the best coarse of action to take to help you be able to hear better.

I lost a hearing aid..called Samantha 4 appt Fairview OH...at appt she cleaned the one I have left N/C & said as a warranty I had was still good ordered a replacement. I thought the warranty meant a "free one" but at the appt. said, "I have a "deductible" of $400." I had no idea I would have to pay anything...what is the warranty for then? Orig cost was somewhere around 1,500.
I never heard of a "deductible" on a warranty!? She tried to
explain it. I know that's not her fault....but I still felt very disappointed. I had no choice but to pay it as I need 2 to hear well enough. She's very thorough and pleasant, but I wish she had mentioned a "deductible" before when I called about an appt. I am retired and it surprised me as I have only Soc Sec income. I assumed a warranty was like insurance...my insurances don't have deductibles that I know of. I wish the manufacturers would offer someway a hearing aid could be attached w/a a wire to a pierced hole for earrings somehow.....I mentioned that and she pulled up an ad on their computer for "hearing aid jewelry"! Why doesn't your company mention this to people? I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to make something exactly like that!! You can be sure I will order one. Even the molds are not enough to hold them in, as in winter you are pulling clothing on
& off near your ears. Your customers would love to know of that
type of jewelry. It's maddening turning your house, car and revisiting places you've been trying to find a tiny thing
like that. I was so worried I couldn't sleep & got up at 3 am to trace store parking lots empty of cars at that hr. I had visited that day w/a flashlight at 3 am.. but sadly no luck. The "deductible" is REALLY a hardship for me. I am grateful she CARED enough to tell me about such jewelry which
I thanked her for. She was very kind to just ignore my dilemma.
I will definitely return to her when I need new hearing aids. She explained how, now, you can use a smart phone (gps)which tells you if one of your aids is missing. Way out of my budget however. Tech stuff is very hard for seniors to navigate, but she explained that feature which makes me aware I could have more options I never knew existed and you can be sure I'm going to consider it in the future. She's very patient and willing to take time to listen, so, I trust her now. She was the original person who sold me the ones I bought previously. Excellent knowledge and treated me very very well. Highly recommend her.

This was the second time I've taken my phonak hearing aids in for repair and was completely happy with the service and the time it took. I've had these expensive things for a long while and repairing them when they break is the best iption for me.
I don't know the name of the technician but she made them perform like new. I can't recommend her highly enough.

another state and Mary has always proven to be the most capable. She has gone out of her way on MANY occasions to help me when I had issues while in the other state. She has always replied PROMPTLY to my emails and given me good advice that proved to be very timely and saved me money. I would HIGHLY recommend Mary and her team. She's the BEST.

Picked up my new aids today. So far everything has been great. I was able to purchase them at a price I was able to afford and that was very important to me as I am on a fixed income. The crew has been very professional and friendly. I go back in a week to make any adjustments, if any, and to answer any questions I may have. To this point I am happy to rate them a 5+! I will post more reviews as I progress through the process.

I have been going to Connect Hearing for years now and I must say I couldn't be happier. I see Steve Koukouras and he always treats me with respect and compassion. Tinnitus is a dreadful condition with no cure . After many different appointments with different doctors , my only option for relief was hearing aids with a masking option .

I met Steve with Connect Hearing and I instantly felt like I was in good hands . Steve himself has Tinnitus so he was empathetic to my misery . Steve fit me with Phonak Hearing Aids and allowed me to trial my set . I wasn't emotionally ready at the time , so I didn't purchase right off the bat . I never felt pressured , which meant alot to me. Two months later I returned and purchased the aids .

This journey hasn't been easy but Steve with Connect Hearing truly made a huge difference in my life ....now onto some long awaited relief . Thank you !!!!!

I was given the best, and most professional treatment. The Audiologist Steve and the staff were super polite, and very professional. Steve listened to my concerns and explained the procedure up to and after my purchasing a hearing aid. He returned my calls promptly with follow up questions, and even advised me to another center out of state when I damaged the case. They are a Five Star facility.
