When I bought my Oticons from her in 2009, I went to alol rthe local dealers I could find including an ear doctor. She knew more about setting up and adjusting hearing aids than all the others combined. Lauren is the reason I returned to Connect Hearing in 2021 to buy my next pair. I still consider her to be the ultimate hearing aid specialist and the support she provides is always wonderful.

if you have hearing loss and very discouraged, see Karen at Connect Hearing in Huntington. She does thorough testing, takes her time trying to pinpoint the problem, shows compassion and kindness. She and Angie are awesome. They always make time to see me because they know how much I depend on my hearing aids to function daily. Hearing aids are expensive, but these hearing aids are of high quality and more reasonable priced. Because they care, I always feel better when I leave the office. I know I have someone to count on for help.

Excellent staff and products! My wife is 38 years old and didn’t want hearing aids, but she broke down and made an appointment at this location. The ladies were very nice to her! They explained about how small and concealed the hearing aids would look in her ear, so she gave them a try. Great for her, but now she has ears like a deer and hears everything I say (or mumble). They even allowed a payment plan option to her. I recommend them highly!

I have been in many times to visit vicki and a lady came in because she put her battery in backwards and thought she messed up her hearing aids! Vicki fixed it and the lady left learning how to fix it if she did it again. She walked away a happy patient!

You are warmly greeted and offered a drink and go above and beyond from the time you come in and do the paperwork to the testing room and before you leave you understand everything. They also like being up to date with if you have to follow up with another dr to see if its something that may need further testing. They also gave me info about where I can find out about where to go to get testing done which I highly appreciate. Love you girls keep up the great work

This 5 star rating comes mainly from the care that is given by Karen and Vicki . Karens’ attention to detail and making certain that your hearing is properly corrected could not be better . On a lighter note they buy the coffee .

My grandmother lives out of town. As she has been staying with me I noticed she wasn't hearing very well. I contacted Vicki through facebook asking her if she could help her and see what was wrong with her hearing aids. Vicki told her to come down and yes she would be more than willing to help and insisted that I brought her so she would have to go all weekend without hearing well. Vicki went over and beyond to help her showing her things she didnt even know about them. A huge shout out to Vicki Thank you for being so thoughtful,caring and great customer service.

When I walked into this office, I was greeted very warmly and they explained every kind of hearing aids and what was best for me. They weren't pushy at all.
