“I am valued by Connect Hearing. They take time to invest in their employees and are continually making improvements to workflows. They listen when there is a breakdown in systems or workflow and highly regard employee feedback. This is a company, a family that I am glad to be part of! My Regional Director is incredibly prompt when following up on items that require action, they do not fall into a black hole. My Hearing Care Professional is an absolute joy and a fantastic representation of what an HCP should be - caring, compassionate, and understanding of a patient's needs and lifestyle to best help guide them through the hearing experience.”

“Connect Hearing is a GREAT company to work for. It is a very big team oriented company, we all pull together to help each other out. You need to be able to stay focused and on task as it is only the Patient Care Coordinator and the Hearing Care Professional in the office all day. The patient interaction is great during the day. There is ample opportunity for advancement if you work for it.
